ABOUT THE PROJECT
Luandre is an HR company with more than 50 years in the market working in the sectors of recruitment and selection and personnel administration which has special programs focused on the areas of strategic performance of human resources.
They needed a digital product to improve usability and offer new solutions for both their clients, which were placed on different ends of the hiring journey: the candidates and the employees.
Our main role was to develop two new applications and improve their website in terms of usability. I worked alongside a team of designers and developers, to deliver curated experiences that would solve both clients' and candidates' needs.
As we had two different perspectives, one through the eyes of the candidates and the other through the eyes of the employee, we also faced different problems and needs, whereas the candidates needed an easy approach to apply to opportunities and the employees needed a holistic view of the entire hiring process.
